Kaohsiung American School (KAS)

Kaohsiung American School (KAS) is a private, non-profit Pre-K - 12 institution with just over 500 students offering college preparatory programs leading to a U.S. high school diploma. It is located in Kaohsiung, a city of 1.5 million in southwestern Taiwan.

KAS New Campus

The entire KAS community has one of the most exciting annoucements in the history of the school. Our students were treated to a presentation of the plans for our new campus by the architect Yu-Lin Chen, who was hired to design and oversee the project. The new facilities are going to be a showcase school for Taiwan and International Schools throughout the world. KAS Accreditations

KAS was established in 1989 and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) in California, USA. It is also a member of the Council of International Schools.
